A combination of 20mg Iron bisglycinate, vitamin C, Rosehip and B vitamins. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 all contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
